This is a good sauce to serve with cold chicken, turkey, shrimps, mussels, vegetables, or beef.

Ingredients

  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon

Method

Dissolve the salt in the vinegar. Stir in the olive oil, pepper, herbs, onion, gherkins, and capers.
