This is a very pretty, very light dish. The curry and lemon give a pungent flavor to the vegetable mixture. It is an easy dish to prepare, and since whiting and mussels are available all year round and are inexpensive, it is a truly reliable stand-by. Always choose the largest whiting possible, but a two- or three-pound fish will do. I like this dish served alone, but you may make it more important by serving it with Riz aux Herbes, Purée de Légumes
