Step 1: Place the milk in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the tea leaves and remove the pan from the heat. Leave to infuse for 1 hour. After 1 hour, return the pan to the heat and bring to the boil once again.
Step 2: Once the milk has infused, strain the milk into a clean pan, discarding the tea leaves. Weigh the milk and add a little more if necessary, to achieve the original volume
