Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber
  • a handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lb (

Method

Peel the cucumber and either grate or chop into little cubes. Chop the mint leaves finely. Put the yogurt into a pretty bowl and season with cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Stir in the cucumber and mint. Chill in the fridge and eat the same day.
