  • About

There are countless varieties of sweets in India but these golden milky balls in rosewater syrup are often the only ones to be found in Indian restaurants in England. However, they are far better made at home and provide a perfect ending even to a completely British meal. My children adore their squeaky texture. They can be made at least a day in advance.
