Defrost frozen puff pastry and roll out thinly. Cover one half with grated mozzarella and thin rings of green chilli. Fold over, glaze with egg and shake over sesame seeds. Cut into strips and bake on a tray at 200°C/400°F/gas 6, until puffed and golden brown.
