Method

Line 6 ramekin dishes with muslin. Whip the cream lightly over ice, add the cream cheese and continue to whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in icing sugar to taste. Spoon the mixture into the dishes and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
