  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs

Method

  1. Follow the basic technique for preparing batters, adding the melted butter at the end. Cover the batter and chill for 30 minutes. If it is cooked immediately, it tends to either rise slightly or bubble. Check the consistency of the batter after standing and add a little milk if it is too thick.
