  • 300 g plain flour
  • 2 tbsp potato flour or starch

Method

Sift the flour potato flour or starch and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the middle. Add the eggs, sunflower oil and a little of the beer and gradually work into the flour mixture. Beat well, pouring in more beer as needed. Beat until smooth.
