  • 150 g caster sugar

Method

Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and very soft. Beat in the egg yolks, then stir in the flour and vanilla to make a soft dough. Knead the dough lightly, then chill it for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease two baking sheets.
