Method

To make the basic stencil paste, whisk the egg whites and icing sugar until smooth. Add the flour; whisking lightly until just combined. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C an
