Ingredients

  • 1 round ready-to-use shortcrust pastry
  • 300 g (10½ oz) dark chocolate

Method

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 200°C (400°F/GAS 6), THEN BLIND BAKE THE PASTRY. To do this, lay the pastry in a tart tin or loaf (bar) tin and line it with baking paper. Cover with pastry weights (ceramic beads or dry beans).
