A baked crêpe batter filled with cherries, what’s not to like about this quick dessert that smells of sunny days?

Ingredients

  • 60 g ( oz) plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 3 eggs

Method

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180°C (350°F/GAS 4). Butter a gratin dish.

PLACE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT THE CHERRIES) IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX THEM TOGETHER WITH AN ELECTRIC BEATER.

ARRANGE THE CHERRIES IN THE GRATIN DISH AND POUR OVER THE BATTER. Scatt
