Ingredients

  • 100 g ( oz) dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds

Method

BREAK THE CHOCOLATE INTO PIECES. Place all the ingredients, except the yoghurt, in the bowl of a food processor and crush them together, not too finely.

SCATTER THIS MIXTURE OVER BOWLS OF GREEK YOGHURT. You can also use sheep or goat’s milk fromage blanc.
