FOR THE BUTTERCREAM, BEAT THE BUTTER AND ICING SUGAR WITH AN ELECTRIC BEATER IN A MIXING BOWL UNTIL THEY MAKE A FLUFFY CREAM, THEN ADD THE COCOA OR THE NATURAL VANILLA EXTRACT.
