Method

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL AND WHISK THEM TOGETHER WELL WITH AN ELECTRIC BEATER. The buttercream should be quite smooth and uniform. You can use this buttercream to fill and decorate the plain fairy cakes.
