Ingredients

  • 500 ml good-quality coconut cream (i use kara brand)
  • 50 g caster sugar, or to taste

Method

  1. Place the coconut cream, caster sugar and salt in a soda siphon canister and shake to combine. Store in the refrigerator, then aerate in the canister with 2 cream chargers just before using.
