Ingredients

  • 10 medium–ripe blood plums (not too soft), peeled, halved and seeds removed
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • minced zest of 2

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Cut the plums into thick wedges and place in a baking tin. Rub together the caster sugar and orange zest in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the plum wedges.
