  • 1 purchased sheet (110 cm × 40 cm × 1 cm-thick) butter puff

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the pastry on the prepared tray, then sprinkle the caster sugar over. Cover with baking paper and place another tray of the same size on top to weigh down the pastry while it cooks.
