To make round wafers, simply use a round cutter to cut the cooked wafer mixture into circles rather than breaking it into free-form shards. Either way, these delicate crisp wafers can be served with ice cream (store-bought if you don’t have any homemade) or with panna cotta, offering a simple but effective contrasting crunchy element.
