Ingredients

  • 175 ml milk
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 50 g

Method

  1. Heat the milk, caster sugar and trimoline in a small heavy-based saucepan over medium heat to simmering point. Leave until completely cool.
  2. Whisk the yoghurt and lime juice into the cooled milk mixture until smooth. Churn the yoghurt mixture in an ice-cream machine following the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours
