Ingredients

  • 150 g isomalt
  • 8 unsprayed organic red rose petals

Method

  1. Immediately before serving, melt the isomalt in a small heavy-based saucepan over medium heat. When the isomalt has melted, pour it onto a silicone mat and top with another mat, then use a rolling pin to flatten. Pull and cut with kitchen scissors into eight 10 cm lengths. Stick a rose petal on one end of each wafer and press to hold it in place. The wafers are very fragile
