  • 500 g peach puree (puree 4 or 5 ripe yellow peaches, then strain)

Method

  1. Mix the peach puree, caster sugar, glucose and water in a bowl until smooth. Churn the peach mixture in an ice-cream machine following the manufacturer’s instructions until firm.
  2. Place enough of the sorbet in ten 150 ml-capacity (5
