  • 60 g egg whites
  • 120 g caster sugar

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 70°C.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form. With the motor running, slowly add the caster sugar and salt and continue to whisk for 4 minutes or until stiff peaks form and the meringue is glossy. Spread ont
