Ingredients

  • 8 genoa (green-skinned) figs, cut into 4 slices crossways
  • 50 g caster sugar

Method

  1. Liberally dust the cut-side of the figs with caster sugar. Using a kitchen blowtorch, caramelise the surface of the figs until glazed.
