  • 75 g strawberry puree (i use ponthier)
  • 25 ml strained fresh orange juice
  • 25

Method

  1. Place the strawberry puree, orange juice, rhubarb reduction and caster sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Cover with plastic film, then refrigerate until required.
