Ingredients

  • 500 g green apple puree (i use ponthier)
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 10

Method

  1. Place the apple puree, caster sugar, glucose, stabiliser and lime juice in a bowl and blend with a stick blender until combined. Churn the apple mixture in an ice-cream machine following the manufacturer’s instructions until firm.
  2. Transfer to a 20 cm square baking tin
