  • 150 g fondant
  • 100 g liquid glucose

Method

  1. Heat the fondant and glucose in a small heavy-based saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture reaches 160°C on a probe or sugar thermometer. Spread the fondant mixture on a silicone mat on a baking tray to form a 1 cm-thick layer and leave to cool and harden.
