  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 20 ml orange blossom water
  • 20

Method

  1. Heat a clean and dry heavy-based saucepan over high heat for 1 minute or until hot, then add the caster sugar and cook without stirring for 8–10 minutes or until melted and a dry caramel forms. Reduce the heat to low and add the orange blossom water and pomegranate juice. Simmer for 10 minutes until combined. Set aside.
