Ingredients

  • 160 g saint agur auvergne blue cheese, cut into 8 × 20 g pieces
  • 4 walnuts, cut in half
  • 240 g

Method

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Roll the cheese pieces into balls, then insert a walnut half in each one. Wrap each cheese ball with a length of kataifi pastry. Sit the pastry balls on the lined baking tray, seam-side down. Sprinkle the top of each ball with dukkah and drizzle with walnut oil. Set aside. (These can be prepared and refrigerated for up to 2 ho
