These wafers can also be made in the same manner using Manchego, Pecorino or an aged Cheddar in place of the Parmigiano. Make a batch and serve them with a cheese plate or sandwich them together with a slice of hard cheese and a teaspoon of Seville orange marmalade for a canapé or snack.

Ingredients

  • 40 g unsalted butter, melted

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
