  • 3 g gelatine leaves, softened and squeezed

Method

  1. Heat the milk in a small heavy-based saucepan over medium heat to simmering point. Add the softened gelatine and salt and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
  2. Using a whisk, whip the fromage blanc briefly until smooth, then add the cooled milk mixture and gently whisk until combined. Stir through the creme fraiche until the mixture is smoo
