  • 250 ml pouring (35%) cream
  • 20 ml cherry liqueur

Method

  1. Heat the cream and cherry liqueur in a small heavy-based saucepan over low heat until the mixture reaches simmering point. Immediately remove from the heat and leave to stand for 30 minutes to infuse.
