This mixture can be cut into biscuits with a round or square cookie cutter, then used to sandwich mousse or a slice of ice cream. It can also be crumbled and mixed with a basic crumble mixture to top a baked fruit crumble or gratinée. Alternatively, crush the mixture until coarse or fine crumbs form, then roll balls of chocolate ice cream or sorbet in the crumbs to create a coating for textural contrast.
