  • 50 g cherry puree (i use ponthier)
  • 10 g caster sugar

Method

  1. Whisk the cherry puree and caster sugar in a small bowl until combined and the sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a bain marie, making sure the bowl does not touch the simmering water, stirring until the chocolate is smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the cherry puree mixture until combined. Leave to cool com
