These simple petals of chocolate can dress up a bowl of vanilla yoghurt cream, a decadent chocolate cake, a panna cotta or a caramel tart.

Ingredients

  • 100 g valrhona araguani 72% dark chocolate

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a bain marie, making sure the bowl does not touch the simmering water. Immediately pour the melted chocolate onto a cool work surface or marble slab, spreading it with a spatula to make a 2 mm-thick layer. Leave for 15 minutes or unti
