  • 125 g blackberries
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 2 t

Method

  1. Blend the blackberries, caster sugar and liqueur in a blender until a smooth puree forms. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl, discarding the seeds. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate until ready to serve.
