Method

How You Do It

Dice the bacon, put into a warm pan and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and then add the bun cut side down to toast in the fat. Meanwhile, cut the chicken in half so it can cook more evenly in the pan, butterflying it first if you’re using a chicken breast. Chop the crispy bacon and mix it with the caramelised onion chutney.
