Method

How You Do It

Fry the pancetta until crispy or pop in a hot oven to cook. Meanwhile, make the pizza sauce and get the garlic butter sorted by mixing the butter, garlic powder and mixed herbs together in a bowl.

In the pan you used to cook the pancetta, toast the bun cut side down in the juices, then spread the garlic butter on both halves and put to one side.
