How You Do It

Put a bit of oil or cooking spray in a pan on a medium-high heat. When it’s hot, add the onion and cook for a few minutes until it starts to soften. Add the mince and cook until browned (if using pre-cooked chicken, stir it in and then go straight to the next step).
