  • 300 ml double cream
  • Handful of grated Red Leicester
  • 4 slices

Method

How You Do It

Get a saucepan, pour in the cream and warm it up on a medium heat. You don’t want the cream to boil. When it’s hot enough (you can test by dipping your finger in) add the cheeses and stir so they all melt and the mixture turns a nice dark orangey-yellow colour.

Add the Guinness and keep stirring until the sauce is a good texture. You don’t want it runny like wate
