This dressing is used in our salads and greens recipes, including paneer and mango salad and bowl of greens. It is also delicious drizzled over avocado or served with grilled fish.



  1. Using a mini food processor or stick blender, blitz everything until completely homogenised.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. It will keep in the fridge for 3–4 days.
