This cooling yoghurt dish is a traditional accompaniment that goes well with almost any meal, but especially suits the biryanis (chicken berry britannia) and vegetarian curries (chole bhature). For those who are sensitive to spice, this is a gift from the gods.
It’s a little tricky to make a small amount of raita. However, it keeps very well in the fridge for a couple of days.
