This rich, dark chocolate mousse has a touch of salt and the tiniest hint of chilli. It goes very well with the berry shrikhand. Both the mousse and the shrikhand can be made in advance, making it an ideal dessert to prepare ahead for a special occasion – serve in pretty bowls topped with a few fresh berries if you like.
