Most store-bought sausage contains MSG and other preservatives or is high in tyramine since it was probably made in advance. Some of us are lucky enough to have good butchers that offer fresh, migraine-friendly options, but I wanted to create an easy breakfast sausage recipe that anyone could whip up easily.
