  • About

Slightly sweet and tangy, this Asian-inspired dressing is perfect when tossed with mixed greens, cucumber, and carrots. It can be drizzled over seared fish, especially ahi tuna, and brown rice. It’s also great tossed with cabbage as a slaw or added to rice noodles for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons each neutral oil, toasted sesame oil, and pear juice
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

Method

In a small bowl, combine the neutral oil, sesame oil, pear juice, vinegar, tahini, ginger, garlic, and salt. Whisk everything together until smooth and chill for 30 minutes. Use right away or transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use (within 3 to 4 days).
