A flavorful take on traditional ranch, this version is great on taco salads or with barbecue-style dishes. If you’re looking for a more classic ranch flavor, replace the smoked paprika with regular paprika and the cumin with dried dill.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • cup migraine-friendly mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoo

Method

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, parsley, salt, garlic powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Chill for 30 minutes. The dressing will thicken as it chills, but I find it to be less thick when using dairy milk alternatives like oat or hemp milk. Use right away or transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use (within 3 to 4 days).
