If you’re new to cooking, this will be the holy grail of dressings. This is one that my grandma taught my mom, who eventually passed it on to me. It’s quick and easy and can even be made without any measuring. It’s based on a simple ratio, so you can scale it up or down easily, depending on how many servings you need. You can play around with this base, adding whatever herbs and spices you like. Some minced fresh garlic and Dijon mustard is great whisked in too. The options are limitless! (
