Easy to whip up for lunch or dinner, this tuna salad is simple yet satisfying. Serve on a bed of mixed greens, use radish slices or water crackers for dipping, or build a tuna sandwich. Let’s be honest: my favorite way to serve this is with a ton of extra-crispy salted potato chips to balance out how healthy it is… but that’s between you and me. If you can’t find jicama, radishes can be substituted for a similar crunch.
