Savory Butters: Anchovy Butter

  • ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil, finely minced


All of these butters are made using the same method: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and work them together with a fork or wooden spoon until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Press the flavored butter in a small dish, making sure it fills it completely. Cover tightly and chill until needed.
